Gemology Tour India
Day 01: Arrive Mumbai
Arrive at Mumbai International airport. You will be greeted by our representative and will be then transferred to your pre – booked hotel for overnight stay to relax from Jetlag.
Day 02: Mumbai
After breakfast meet your professional guide in the hotel lobby and proceed for sightseeing tour of Mumbai visiting CST, Gateway of India, Crawford market, Dhobhi Ghat – world’s largest washer men place. Enjoy Victoria ride on Marine drive (Optional). Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Mumbai
After breakfast today we will take you to visit Gem Stones factory. It will be a day long tour as these factories are in Industrial area on the outskirts of Mumbai. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Mumbai – Jaipur
Arrive at Jaipur airport from Mumbai. Met and transfer to the hotel. Later half day sightseeing of Jaipur visiting the Gem and Jewellery factories/shops to see the beautiful work of gem/jewellery artisans. Evening stroll around the local market to take a taste of Pink City. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Jaipur
After breakfast proceed for guided sightseeing of Jaipur city visiting Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Royal Observatory and Albert Hall Museum. Ascend the Amer fort on a gaily decorated elephant back like an ancient King/Queen.
Day 06: Jaipur – Agra
After breakfast proceed to Agra enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri – an epic poem in red sandstone, built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 Visit Buland Darwaza, the victory gate looms 134 feet high. On arrival check-into the hotel. Evening visit the Gem stone factory and Marble factory to know about the techniques and
fine work used in creating beautiful jewellery and carving of gemstones etc on marble. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Agra
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Agra visiting Agra fort, Itmad Ud Daulah tomb. Enjoy a lunch in the afternoon. Later proceed to view the beauty of Taj Mahal in dull sunshine. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Agra – Delhi
After breakfast leisurely drive to New Delhi – capital city of India. On arrival check into the hotel. Later proceed for half day sightseeing of New Delhi area visiting Qutab Minar, India Gate and drive past Parliament & President house. Overnight at hotel.
Day 09: New Delhi – Departure
After breakfast proceed to visit Red Fort, Humayun's tomb, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk Bazaar – one of the oldest market, Rajghat – cremation ground of Mahatama Gandhi and Humayun's tomb. Return back to hotel. Overnight at hotel or Late night transfer to International airport to board homebound flight.
